Today, my friend and I joined the body attack class at fitness first. My first time to go there even on a saturday. It was a hardcore physical activity. Our instructor was a batch mate in high school. After the class, my clothes were soaking wet.

Updates
I am determined to lose weight. I have started joining the tae-bo class on May 8, 2010. I don’t see the results yet. I don’t eat dinner also. I only eat rice during breakfast and it just 1/2 cup. I hope by August 2010, I have lost more than 20 lbs. already.
Losing Weight
I enrolled in a gym so that I would start losing these excessive fats. I also stopped eating rice. I will do this religiously until December. I hope by that time, I am back to my old weight.
