Last October 14-17, 2011, my Mama and I went to Singapore. We stayed at Carlton Hotel.  The hotel was great.  we arrived there at around 3:00 PM.  We stayed in our hotel for some rest while we were waiting for my law school classmate Agnes. She met us at the lobby with her fiance. Then, we went to the mall just near our hotel. on the first night, I bought dress, gym outfits, etc. I spent Php 15,000.00 in our first night. Whoa.

The following day, we went to Universal Studios. We took a cab. I couldn’t let Mama take the train ’cause she just had her back operation the previous month. The place was so nice. (But may I tell you that I like Disneyland more.) When I saw the Betty Boop store, I got so happy. I bought 2 shirts and 1 lips pillow.  I wanted to ride the galactica but I have no one to accompany me. I just can’t leave Mama alone.

We went back to the hotel for a rest. In the evening, we met my high school classmates. I was very happy to see them. Gerome treated us for dinner. It was really fun. I noticed that it was 11:00 PM andthere were still people jogging in the streets. Then, we went back to the hotel to sleep.

The following day, Agnes met us again. She was very kind, accomodating and hospitable. She toured me around. Her feet ached.  I was so thankful to her. She took us to a beautiful mall which looked like a hotel. the restrooms are so clean.

On our last day, we were left alone. We just went to the mall and went back to pack our things. Then we checked out.

It was a dream come true for me to treat my Mama in Singapore. It was a sign of thank you for all her sacrifices. I wanted her to experience the best.

I noticed that people leave their things unattended and they are still there. So nice. There were no thieves.
