I am very disappointed with the service of Sun Cellular. Because of unpaid bills, my brother’s mobile phone line got disconnected. As a result, almost everyday, the employee of Sun Cellular kept on making calls making a demand for payment. After my brother, thru his wife because my bro is abroad, settled the bills, the person at the Sun cell told my sis-in-law that she must get an authorization from my brother. So my SIL obtained an authorization letter. After that, the Sun cell asked for another thing to do. When my sister in law complied, there’s another. So my sis in law complied again. To make the story short, after my sis in law complied with their demands, they make another. That is highly improper for Sun Cellular to do. You see, this time the people at the law firm said that the problem is with the Sun Cellular located at the Robinson’s Starmills Pampanga already. There’s a problem with the Sim card replacement. One thing I don’t understand is why should my sister in law call their law firm to request for reconnection. Should this not with the Sun Cellular Operations department?Is this what they call QUALITY Service. Shit!I told my sis in law that she has to give them an ultimatum. If they don’t reconnect it until this week, we will have to expose their ill practices to the media so that the public will know how deceitful they are in their transactions! People, beware of Sun Cellular. They will lure you to subscribe to them and then they will suck your money. Look at my brother, he has paid already his debt and yet, his phone connection has not yet been reconnected. You know what, they required him to keep subscribing with Sun after 7 more months before my brother can terminate the contract.

Oh no, this is exactly what’s happening to me! After I’ve paid all the bills, they have extra “hidden” charges that they said I need to pay. Then, aside from that, I am the one who needs to contact someone from the suncellular staff to know how much is my bill. Are they serious? They don’t know how much do I owe them? Grrrrrr!!! Their customer service really, really, really sucks!!! And there are so many things that I need to do before I could get a replacement sim and get my line reactivated again. Screw sun!!! I don’t care if they have the unlimited call/text whatever. If you go for their group plans, they’ll keep you paying and subscribing!
